Rosalie Kernodle
Family law attorney in Greensboro
A smaller practice, so every family gets the lawyer they met.
I chose family law because it is the one kind of law where the person across the table is often someone you will still be dealing with in ten years, at a graduation or a funeral. That changes how I work. I look for the settlement that holds up, not the sharpest letter.
The office is small by design: me, and a paralegal who knows the forms better than anyone. We return calls the same day or the next business morning, and we say plainly when something is outside what we do.
Outside the office I volunteer with the neighborhood groups that help families find their way to legal help, which keeps me listening to what people actually ask.

Who you will hear on the phone
Our paralegal handles scheduling and the court forms, and will be the first voice you hear if Rosalie is in a hearing. She doesn't give legal advice, and she can tell you exactly when Rosalie will call back.
Meetings happen at the office on South Elm Street, by phone or by video. If travel, work or children make that hard, tell us and we'll find a time that works.
