This page says what this website collects and how Kernodle Law uses it.

What we collect

If you send the form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, the kind of matter and your message. Our web host also keeps basic visit records, such as the pages viewed and the type of browser, to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to answer you and set up a meeting. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with the other side in your matter.

The Quick exit button

The Quick exit button sends you to another website and does not record that you pressed it.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete form messages after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
